Every year we provide our installers safe training opportunities to further their technical and construction abilities. Here's a glimpse of bringing the industry leading TPO trainer onsite and working with our craftsman first hand.

The largest home improvement project in are often windows and kitchens. We don't install kitchens, but we sure do windows! Our craftsman installs over 300+ Velux Skylights and 100's of residential windows throughout the calendar year. We routinely review the installing methods, product demonstrations, and most importantly items to consider when assessing a window.

The roofing industry remains to be a top five most dangerous occupation in the United States. We recognize any project whether it be a chicken coop or a 30-story high rise there needs to be consistent safety measures. One of our core values is "Where's your harness?" This value pressures our craftsman to hold each other accountable on all jobsite sites and ensures we evaluate our PPE as well as our colleagues.
